  • Initial kick-off planning meeting
  • Budget review breakdown and management
  • Access to planning documents, to-do lists, and gratuity guidelines
  • Personal client portal for communication
  • Venue site visits before the event date
  • Event design, including mood board and color palette curation
  • Full design presentation including visuals for entire scope of the event
  • Vendor recommendation and booking for design related vendors including stationer, florist, and rental companies
  • Tabletop design and floral design/ inspiration
  • Coordination and management for event execution of core vendors booked initially by the client
  • Preferred vendor recommendation list provided to client upon booking for core vendors including photography, videography, and entertainment
  • Confirmation of vendor setup, deliveries, and breakdown
  • Full event schedule curation with condensed color coded copy specific for bridal party and family
  • Floor plan layout and design
  • Completion of vendor required forms and questionnaires

Wedding Week:
  • Rehearsal coordination prior to the wedding day - date and time confirmed at least 8 weeks before event date
  • On-site coordination with lead and one assistant on the event day
  • On-site setup of personal belongings - including guest book, card box, photos, small scale signage, menus, place cards, table numbers, flutes, cake knives, bar signs.
  • Oversight of the timeline and bridal party check-in during the event day
  • On-site management of event run of show
  • Communication with all contracted vendors to ensure smooth execution of all services by contracted vendors
  • Supervision of vendor setup and teardown
  • Planner on-site until event completion
  • Personal items, cards and gifts packaged up and placed in hotel suite if on-site reception property or in designated family members car at the end of the event
